We can meet via video chat. I can use Skype, Facetime, Telegram or we just call. Maybe you’d like to choose me as your therapist but you want to save yourself the journey
to my practice or you prefer to stay in a familiar environment at home or even your office. There are many advantages. I can also support you during business travel or, in
case of couple therapy, when partners are in different locations.
If you have small children, we can communicate once they are asleep. You won’t have to organise a babysitter.
Studies show that the quality of online coaching doesn’t suffer, although the experience is different to meeting in person. Just make sure you have good internet, microphone
and camera, and make sure you are undisturbed
