Leaving your own home country for a new opportunity is not always easy. What should be a wonderful and enriching experience might leave you feeling discouraged and stressed out, because you are experiencing a totally new culture, new people, a new environment. These changes are a big challenge for a partnership and each member in the family, sometimes leading to doubts and anxiety. During the coaching process you have the opportunity to look into the challenges and discover new strategies to help you cope.

Um eine Psychotherapie zu beginnen oder sich zu informieren, benötigen Sie keine Überweisung eines Arztes. Für ein Erstberatungsgespräch haben Sie die Möglichkeit, einen Termin online oder Telefonisch zu vereinbaren.
Erstberatungsgespräch
In einem Erstgespräch haben Sie Zeit, Ihre Situation zu schildern, und Sie erhalten alle nötigen Informationen über mögliche Behandlungswege. Die Therapie erfolgt alltagsbegleitend in kontinuierlichen, meist einmal wöchentlichen Einzelsitzungen. Die Sitzungen dauern in der Regel 50 Minuten.
Verhaltenstherapie
Je nach Indikation ist mit einer Dauer zwischen 1 und 10 Sitzungen für Beratungsgespräche, zwischen 10 und 25 Sitzungen bei einer Kurzzeittherapie sowie zwischen 25 und 80 Sitzungen bei einer Langzeittherapie zu rechnen.
