Coaching is a structured and solution-focused approach to issues that are currently affecting you. Do you want to advance professionally? Or do you seek an improvement in yourself and your personal life – Coaching is about achieving a previously defined goal.

I’ll help you break old patterns, find alternatives and a new narrative for your life. Through mutual acceptance and trust, we bring more clarity to your personal situation, so that you can optimize your potential professionally and privately. Coaching to help achieve your individual goals

During coaching I first review your goals together with you. Often you don’t succeed in reaching a goal because you unconsciously block yourself against it. For example, you want to climb the career ladder quickly and have a fear of missing out, but on the other hand you fear neglecting your private life in the process. In this phase of coaching, I clarify your conscious or unconscious motives, goals and values and make existing problems tangible for you. This phase is about orientation and focusing on the topic

The Coaching Process

It is now a matter of activating existing resources and developing solutions to overcome existing problems . Through exercises and conversations we will achieve changes in your life. In the last step, it is important to secure your achievements so more improvements can follow.

Initial consultation

In an initial consultation you will have time to describe your situation and you will receive all necessary information about my coaching methods. The coaching takes place in 60-minute sessions fitting into your weekly schedule. Frequency and times are flexible and depend on our availability.

Your questions about coaching

I will ask whether your goal is appropriate for your current life situation. It is important to know whether achieving the goal will really make you happier and more satisfied. We will also study if the changes you need can be made by you alone, or whether you need to influence the situation around you first.

Coaching makes a lot of sense when a crisis is imminent or when you begin to tackle a goal. Difficulties occur when you wait until you’re stuck in a situation. Even worse is standing still for a long time and doing nothing, even though you are aware that action is necessary.

The most important goal of coaching is to promote awareness, responsibility and the ability to improve self-reflection. When you increase your own awareness, the possibility opens up to change your own behavior in order to better focus and achieve goals.
